We use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery for most smaller orders (under 2kg) and Parcel Force 24 & 48hr for order over 2kg. We use Parcel Force International Scheduled for Overseas Orders. * Days means Working Days - Saturdays and Sundays are not included. Any order placed after close of business on Friday will be processed on Monday.

Wheelbuilds:

Please allow 7 working days for custom wheelbuilds, although it may be less.

Scottish Highlands is extra for larger items (over 2kg) sent via Parcel Force. Northern Ireland, Channels Is., IOM, etc we will email you a shipping total that you can confirm before we ship. Which brings us to:

Returns & Refunds
 
Goods - especially clothes must be returned to us in as new condition (that means no cat hairs or after-shave) in the original packaging - and must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. To enable us to process your return efficiently please call to obtain a Returns Number which must be marked clearly on the outside of your box. This allows us to process you return quickly. Items returned to us without a returns number on the outside of the parcel will regrettably be refused. Please write a note telling us what you would like us to (exchange/credit note/refund). While we ask you to cover the postage of the item back to us we shall reciprocate by sending your replacements/s back post free. Any Goods returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

We are happy to exchange or refund your goods in full (excluding postage on refunds).

Credit and debit cards are refunded electronically to your Credit/Debit card account. Paypal is refunded to you Paypal account. All other refunds are made by cheque.

We are open 8.30 - 5.30 Monday - Saturday. We can take your order, describe any goods (sizing, colours etc) and try to help you get the right thing first time.

Card Security

The utmost care and consideration is taken to ensure that your card details are secure. This is achieved by encrypting your card number at the time when you place your order. It is imperative that you type in the cardholders name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the statement.

Delivery Address

Delivery address must be the same as on the card statement.

Clothes Sizing

It is worth measuring the chest size on a garment you already have, we can then match this up against the item you want to order. As a guide our adult hoody chest sizes are approx:

S = 42 inches 
M = 44 inches 
L = 46 inches 
XL = 48 inches

These do differ from make to make and remember you will go up 8-10 inches on your adult chest size to get a loose fit.
